Our products are delivered digitally (instant access/download). You are responsible for saving your files and maintaining your own backups.

Support Scope

Support (if provided) is limited to:

• Basic guidance on installing/uploading the delivered files
• General troubleshooting for the files as delivered (unmodified)

Support does not include:

• Custom coding, redesigns, or feature development
• Third-party platform troubleshooting (hosting, DNS, CDNs, page builders, plugins)
• Advanced integrations beyond what’s included in the delivered files

Refund Policy

Because these are digital products with instant access and downloadable files, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
